Retailer Quality Coordinator

Retailer Quality Coordinator needs 3+ years retail branding experience
Retailer Quality Coordinator requires:
Strong analytical and communication skills demonstrated ability to communicate, including confident negotiation skills
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Fundamental skills in MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point and Visio, SharePoint, SAP, WMS systems

Retailer Quality Coordinator duties:
Manage quality aspects of the Retailer Brands and e-commerce business
Assures that retailer brands customer quality requirements are consistently met Maintain retailer brands customer specification databases
Coordinate third-party product testing requests, monitor results, resolve discrepancies and drive corrective actions where needed
Coordinate required third-party audits of manufacturing partner sites Assure site preparation before audit
Drive corrective actions for non-conformance observations and draft/deliver audit responses to customers as required
Provide regular audit status updates to management
Create and distribute customer-required quality documents including certificates-of-analysis, metrics reports and quality technical standards.
Provide support for quality-related SAP and warehouse management system transactions
Provide support for document control system management.
